Kristen, is a wife, homeschooling mother of 5, and nurse practitioner caring for patients from birth to geriatrics. Kristen is certified as a family and emergency nurse practitioner, as well as a certified functional medicine practitioner. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, and gardening. She also enjoys winter sports, hiking, snow shoeing, and snow machine trips. Additionally she loves photography, making ferments, paleo cooking, teaching grain and dairy free cooking, and Natural Family Planning classes. Kristen lives in Alaska with her family of 8 and 2 “poochies”. The family loves sharing their adventures in the house of noise through this podcast.
